RETURNS Alpha Trading’s Return Policy allows customers in good standing to request a two-for-one exchange of up to 20 percent of the value of prior year purchases. All returned items must be in new, sellable condition. Special orders, special sizes, special metal colors, and merchandise that shows wear are not returnable. Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form filled out by the customer, complete with original invoice numbers for each item being returned, and numbered polybags aligned with the list on the RA. The RA number must be written on the outside of the box.
RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email email@example.com obtain a Return Authorization (RA) form. Once you have filled out the form, scan and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. After review and approval, we will email your unique RA number, authorizing you to send your return to us. Please be sure to include your RA form in the box with the merchandise, as this will serve as your packing list. Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and purchase insurance to cover the value of your item while in transit. You may do so with USPS, UPS, FedEx or other private carriers
If you received an item that you believe to be defective or damaged, contact us at email@example.com to arrange for an exchange.
TAMPERED PACKAGING If our original shipment packaging appears to be damaged or tampered with in any way, please photograph the packaging before opening and save all discarded packaging for potential insurance claim filings, and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
